Oddly Junks History

The name itself is something I came up with years ago — long before I knew how or when it would come to life. I always dreamed of owning a little thrift or antique store someday. Not because I wanted a business… but because I’ve always been a collector at heart. From a young age, I gathered anything I thought was beautiful — trinkets, oddities, forgotten treasures. If it sparkled, told a story, or felt special, I wanted to save it.

More than anything, I wanted to share those finds with others and see if someone else would love them as much as I did.

Creating has always come naturally to me. As a child, I was constantly drawing, building, crafting — working with my hands whenever I could. That creative instinct slowly led me toward jewelry — not just collecting it, but restoring it, repurposing it, and giving it new life. Pieces that were once broken, overlooked, or falling apart became something beautiful again.

That’s how Oddly Junk truly began.

This little shop is my way of sharing a life built from old knickknacks, curious doodads, and rescued treasures. It’s about seeing beauty where others might not. It’s about giving forgotten things another chance to shine. And it’s about proving that “junk” is often just magic waiting to be rediscovered.

I’m just a simple woman with a deep love for beautiful, unusual things. Nothing extraordinary — just someone who sees wonder in the small stuff. But being able to build this little world, to curate these jars, and to connect with people who appreciate the same charm and curiosity… it means everything to me.

Thank you for being here. Truly.
